Start with the work that makes sense

You don’t need to turn every home sale into a renovation project. I can help you assess your home’s presentation, prioritize preparation and build a plan around your budget and timeline. If financing would help, you can explore eXp Ready’s eligibility and loan terms before deciding.

What can financing help cover?

Eligible expenses may include painting, flooring, staging, cleaning and organizing, landscaping, repairs, HVAC or electrical work, photography, moving and storage. You choose your contractors, stagers and vendors. Confirm eligible uses with Notable before committing to work.

How it works

  1. Plan your preparation. We’ll discuss your home and decide what work to prioritize.
  2. Explore the program and apply through Notable. The program states that applying does not affect your credit score.
  3. If approved, use financing for qualifying expenses. Approval and the amount available depend on lender underwriting.
  4. Repay according to your agreement. Funds, interest and applicable fees are due at the earliest of sale, 12 months after origination, or another acceleration event specified in your agreement.

Questions sellers ask

Is this a grant or an interest-free program?

It is financing. Interest applies. A $499 origination fee is deducted from available credit at the first draw and is charged only if you draw funds. Review your actual offer and agreement for costs and obligations.

Do I have to use the full approved amount?

The program states that you pay for what you use, plus interest and applicable fees. A focused preparation budget can help you decide how much to draw.

What if my home hasn’t sold within 12 months?

Repayment can still be due. The deadline is the earliest of sale, 12 months after origination, or another acceleration event specified in your agreement. Review those conditions before borrowing.

Will improvements guarantee a higher sale price?

No. The right plan depends on your home, budget and market conditions. Neither a sale price nor a selling timeline is guaranteed.
